Detailed Biography & Contributions
Mr. Sunil Goel is a visionary real-estate leader whose pioneering career spans more than 37 years of shaping India’s urban landscape. He has transformed cities such as Delhi, Faridabad, Vrindavan, Lucknow, Chandigarh, Ludhiana, Indore, Rohtak, Jaipur, and Bhiwadi, delivering over 100 million square feet of exceptional projects across India.
Formerly the Joint Managing Director and second-largest promoter shareholder of Omaxe Ltd., Mr. Goel’s career was marked by landmark contributions. Beginning with Executive Floors in Gurugram in 2001, he spearheaded iconic developments including the 85-acre NRI City in Greater Noida (2003), the ultra-luxury residential enclave "The Forest" in Noida (2004), and major integrated townships in Lucknow and Indore by 2006.
In 2010, Mr. Goel pioneered the development of a 700+ acre mega integrated township in New Chandigarh. By 2012, his strategic vision had expanded the organization into 27 cities across 8 states, culminating in the delivery of more than 100 million square feet of real estate.
In 2017, Mr. Goel founded Numax Realcon Pvt. Ltd., embodying the principles of innovation, transparency, customer-centric architecture, and lasting community value. Today, he steers flagship developments including the 100-acre Numax City and the 22-acre Numax Civil Lines in Muzaffarnagar.
