In a major development for regional infrastructure, Numax Realcon Pvt. Ltd. has received the formal license for its 100-acre integrated township, Numax City, located along the Delhi–Dehradun Expressway in Muzaffarnagar.
The project represents the first integrated township sanctioned under the Western Uttar Pradesh High-Tech Township Policy 2023, designed to spur organized suburban growth, modern utilities, and job creation outside Tier-1 metropolitan boundaries.
Addressing stakeholders, Managing Director Mr. Sunil Goel emphasized that Numax City is engineered to bring world-class amenities—including subterranean electrical cabling, extensive green parks, and commercial retail—to families throughout Western Uttar Pradesh.
